We bought my (almost) 3 year old son a brand new kitchen and bbq play set today. I used prerecorder to capture the moment when he came in the room and first saw it for the first time (after I spent 2 hours assembling it.) His expression and reaction was priceless. I then got 10 minutes of him playing with it, hilarious and priceless moments. When we were almost finished filming, my phones "low battery" warning popped up. I clicked "dismiss" and noticed that the camera had stopped recording. It wasnt a big deal because I was pretty much finished anyway. It turned out that NONE of the 10 priceless minutes of me shooting saved because that warning popped up. This is absolutely ridiculous that this worthless app doesnt save any of the video until the end, the iphones built in camera app would never do this. Im furious right now because Ill never get those moments back and I cant surprise my son with his gift again. Do not use this app if youre planning on actually keeping the video you shoot, I would imagine that any interruption will cause it to lose the video youre shooting, a call, text message, push notification, alert etc. My phone still had 20% battery left so I know it wasnt because the phone ran out of battery life. If this app is ever going to be viable, they need to fix this fatal error.
Update: 7-24-2014
This app no longer works, the videos dont even save anymore. I just missed my daughters first time jumping off the diving board because the video said it was recording but when I checked the camera roll there was nothing there. I tried it again with the same result. Total garbage.
